4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific premium offerings (such as interactive mock series or live events if introduced in the future), all sales of digital products, downloadable notes, PDF access, and premium memberships are final.

No Refunds

Because digital products are accessible instantly upon successful completion of payment through our payment gateway, Triple Hash does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a transaction is successfully completed.

Cancellation of Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If the Website introduces a recurring subscription model in the future:

Users can cancel their renewal subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused days in a billing cycle.

Transaction Failures

In the event that money is deducted from your account but access is not granted due to a technical glitch or payment gateway failure, please contact Triple Hash at connect@triplehash.in with transaction receipts. We will verify the transaction with the payment gateway partner and resolve the issue within 5 days.
